Transformers Maintenance

Carry out the following measurements for transformers • winding through a third party with certified Devices:
• DC Winding Test.
• Turns Ration Test • Insulation resistance Test (MEGGER). • Carry out Re-calibration and function test for all transformer “Mechanical protections” as:
• Buchholz Device.
• Oil / Winding thermometers devices.
• Mechanical Level gauge.
• Pressure relief Devices
• Inspect, Tighten and clean HV. / LV Bushing, bar and internal component
• Inspect, Repair or Replace the transformer control/heater boxes
• Inspect transformer body, Radiator and conservator, for any oil leakage
• Replace silica gel and clean level oil glasses.
• Fill transformer with oil until correct level (Oil Customer scope)
